How Is Your Personal Data Stored And Used By Our Practice?

All our client data is kept secure within our practice management software.

This is used for emailing, calling, texting, invoicing and mailing you directly in relation to your pets treatment.

No data is passed to any third party for any reason (except for instances when consulting with a specialist that is involved in your pets treatment).

The practice building is alarmed and the connected equipment, computers, mobile devices, wi-fi, are all password protected and only accesable by the practice staff. Our mangament software is also password protected and secure. All systems are switched off when the practice is closed (with exception of the building alarm).

No paper database of clients contacts are kept on site.

If you leave us as a client your records can be deleted on request.

Access to your stored data can be given during practice opening hours.

If you subscribe to our news letter the mailing list contains only your name and email and is password protected. This is secure as it is contained by the email management company MailChimp. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the news letter emails you receive.
